El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un mecanismo de transporte de agua que contiene sensores para detección de fugas y monitoreo de condiciones de tubo, que puede navegar y revisar las estructuras de la pipa de agua sin la necesaria condición de cerrar el proceso; es decir, una nueva tubería de agua con sistema de monitoreo para detección de fugas y monitoreo de condiciones de la misma.
El consorcio lo conforman: SubCtech (Subsea Technologies) Breivoll (inspection technologies), Labor (Industrial research Lab), SINTEF, Emma Technologies, ITA, Acqualatina, TopSonic.
